Alumina (Al₂O₃)
High-purity 99% / 99.5% / 99.7% / 99.8% grades with outstanding electrical insulation, wear and plasma resistance — the workhorse of semiconductor process chambers.
Alumina ceramicsDolphin Advanced Ceramic develops and mass-produces alumina, aluminum nitride, zirconia and silicon carbide components for semiconductor, LED, photovoltaic, medical and new-energy equipment — from powder formulation to diamond-ground finished parts.
Every material is formulated, pressed, sintered and precision-machined in-house — so tolerances, purity and delivery are under our control from start to finish.

High-purity 99% / 99.5% / 99.7% / 99.8% grades with outstanding electrical insulation, wear and plasma resistance — the workhorse of semiconductor process chambers.
Alumina ceramics
Thermal conductivity up to 200 W/m·K with strong electrical insulation — the first choice for heat dissipation in power modules and wafer processing.
Aluminum nitride
Y-TZP zirconia delivers metal-like fracture toughness with extreme hardness — for medical implants, cutting blades, pump components and precision balls.
Zirconia ceramics
High-purity sintered SiC withstands aggressive plasma and 1600 °C temperatures — specified for wafer carriers, focus rings and mechanical seals.
Silicon carbide
High-toughness Si₃N₄ for hybrid bearings, aluminum-foundry rotors and thermocouple tubes, and wear parts exposed to impact and thermal shock.
Silicon nitrideA large share of our output serves semiconductor manufacturing equipment, where purity, plasma resistance and dimensional stability directly determine wafer yield.

Open the checklistDolphin Advanced Ceramic is an advanced technical ceramics manufacturer and industrial ceramics research institute based in Zibo City, Shandong Province, China. Powder synthesis, pressing, high-temperature sintering, diamond grinding and metallization all happen in-house, and we supply high-purity alumina, aluminum nitride, zirconia and silicon carbide components to industrial customers worldwide.
Our largest customer group is semiconductor manufacturing equipment — wafer handling, etch and CVD/PVD chambers, electrostatic chucks and CMP. We also serve the LED and optoelectronics, photovoltaic and new-energy, medical and dental, automotive and EV, and general industrial wear and fluid-handling industries.
Four high-purity grades: 99%, 99.5%, 99.7% and 99.8% Al₂O₃, with bulk densities of 3.82–3.95 g/cm³ and flexural strength of 340–420 MPa. The 99.7% and 99.8% grades are specified where wafer-exposed surfaces must minimise particle generation and ionic contamination.
Alumina gives the best cost-to-performance balance for insulation, plasma resistance and wear. Aluminum nitride reaches thermal conductivity up to 200 W/m·K while staying electrically insulating — the choice for power-module substrates and heat spreaders. Zirconia (Y-TZP) has the highest fracture toughness of the four, used for cutting blades, pump parts, precision balls and medical components. Silicon carbide offers the best high-temperature strength, thermal-shock and plasma resistance, used for focus rings, wafer carriers and mechanical seals.
Yes — custom manufacturing is our core business. Send a 2D drawing, 3D model or sample with the material grade, quantity and tolerance or surface-finish requirements. Our engineers return a manufacturability review and quotation within 24 hours, and we diamond-grind to ±0.005 mm with finish down to Ra 0.4 µm.
We ship worldwide from Zibo, Shandong, China by air or sea freight with export documentation handled in-house. Standard parts usually ship in 2–4 weeks; custom tooling and precision-machined parts typically take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. Cleanroom-compatible packaging and full material traceability reports are available on request.
Share your material grade, dimensions and quantity — our engineers will reply with a manufacturability review and a competitive quotation within 24 hours.
